OUR MISSION:
One Stop Cares prevents homelessness by keeping people housed. We strengthen lives, preventing homelessness with our program called Embrace-Inspire-Empower. We equip families with the resources they need to keep them housed ensuring follow up and follow through for long-term sustainability.
HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS:
Our team is committed to responding quickly when someone who is already housed faces a critical situation that could put their housing at risk.
Each individual is paired with a dedicated Empowerment Navigator who walks alongside them throughout the journey. Together, they work through our program to identify and pursue personalized Success Definition goals that foster long-term stability.
By connecting individuals to a wide range of resources and support systems, we’re able to track their progress and celebrate milestones as they move toward a stronger, more sustainable future—and a better quality of life.

“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” ~ Winston Churchill
Over 60% of currently housed individuals and families are cost-burdened — spending more than they can afford on housing. Many are just one paycheck or medical emergency away from losing their homes, at constant risk of falling into homelessness and swelling the ranks of an already growing crisis.
